A. We supply sim free, prepay & graded mobile handsets, sim cards & business mobile contracts.

Q. Do you only supply original mobile phones?

A. Yes, we only supply genuine 100% original handsets from all the leading manufacturers.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. For wholesale clients yes, we operate a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 units per model for high end handsets and 20 units per model for low end stock. Please note, certain stock may carry higher minimum order levels. If you are currently unable to meet our minimum order requirements please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances we may be able to help.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can place an order by contacting us by clicking HERE & selecting your prefered method of communication. For all wholesale orders, a full invoice will be provided detailing your exact order, payment options & delivery timescale.

Q. Do you supply to individuals as well as business customers?

A. Yes, as long as we can verify who you are we will endeavour to supply to you.

Q. Do you export to customers outside of the UK?

A. Yes, we welcome export enquirires.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), BACS (Ordinary Bank Transfer), Google Checkout* (Credit/Debit Cards). We do not accept any other method of payment.

* Google Checkout will be accepted for EU based clients only, subject acceptance of the 4.4% processing fee & suitable verification being provided in the form of a passport & a recent bank/ credit card statement.

Q. Do you offer a dropshipping service?

A. Yes, however we will only dropship our minimum order to your customer ie 5 units, we wont ship any less than this amount.

We do suggest all potential clients background check any supplier they wish to deal with to ensure legitimacy.

Q. Do you accept cash as payment?

Q. How long does delivery usually take?

A. Delivery timescale is based on a number of factors including stock location & order size, we do however aim to ensure delivery within 2-5 working days.

Q. Can I collect from your premises?

A. We are a Internet based mobile distributor & broker, we do not operate a showroom or retail premises, however In certain circumstances personal collection is welcome, this is subject to stock location & order size, as we may not be the actual stock holder.
