A. We supply sim free, prepay, used/graded mobile handsets and sim cards.

• Q. Do you supply original mobile phones?

A. Yes, we only supply genuine original handsets from all the leading manufacturers.

• Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. Yes, we operate a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units per model for high end and 25 units per model for low end mobile handsets. However certain stock may carry higher minimum order levels.

• Q. Do you offer a drop shipping service?

A. Yes, however we will only drop ship to our minimum order requirements (as detailed above).

• Q. Do you supply single units?

A. We are a wholesale mobile phone supplier and as such do not supply single units.

• Q. Do you offer samples?

A. No, we do not offer samples.

• Q. Do your handsets come complete with warranty?

A. Yes, all new handsets provided by Mobile Distribution Solutions are complete with full manufacturers guarantee/warranty.

• Q. Do you supply to individuals as well as business customers?

A. We only supply to registered verifiable companies, unfortunately we no longer supply to individuals.

• Q. How can I receive a copy of your price list?

A. You can request a copy of our price list by completing the "request a price list form" shown on our home page.

• Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. We accept payment via Telegraphic Transfer and BACS only. We do not accept any other method of payment.

• Q. Do you offer credit facilities?

A. Yes, we welcome enquiries from corporate bodies or local authorities & will try to accommodate your business whenever possible.

• Q. Do you export to customers outside of the UK?

A. Yes, we welcome export enquiries.

• Q. How long does delivery usually take?

A. Delivery timescale is based on a number of factors including stock location & order size, we do however aim to ensure delivery within 2-5 working days.

• Q. Can I collect from your premises?

A. We do not operate a retail premises or showroom however in certain circumstances personal collection is welcome by appointment, this is subject to stock location and order size, as we may not be the actual stock holder.
